SOX Teaching Materials

Last year, I taught a two week intensive summer course on Sarbanes-Oxley, which I then incorporated into my Corporate Finance course. I’ve got a bunch of PowerPoint slides, case studies, and handouts developed for use in conjunction with by book on SOX for such a course. Faculty who adopt my SOX book either as a course text can have the set of teaching aides upon request.
