The White House today announced that:

UPDATE: Obviously, this was an April Fools joke. We now return you to your regular programming.
I was thinking something more like: Bainbridge buys TarHeel jersey, adopts cat, adopts cat, and opens a microbrewery. But thhis and the Obama joke are pretty well done.
I just read this as we were settling down for Corporations class.... I almost went and shared the news with my professor. I’m glad I checked the press release.
Like George Bush would actually do something this intelligent!
Would that it were so! Keep up the great work.
Must be APril Folls day, although I wish it were true,

WOW!
Congratulations, Professor, on a great honor. The SEC will never by the same (in a good way). I hope that you will still be able to blog.
Best wishes on your continuing success.
