Pileggi versus Brown on Delaware

Jay Brown recently served up a list of Top 5 cases “that most show the anti-shareholder, anti-plaintiff nature of the Delaware courts and reflect the race to the bottom.” Francis Pileggi returned service with a:

“counter-list” of the Top Five Cases of 2007 that show that the Delaware courts take shareholder rights and director duties very seriously. I could easily provide a longer list–but, for starters, here is an alternative list of the Top Five Delaware Cases of 2007.
