That’s according to an unscientific poll of 259 PRE-LAW STUDENTS.  Who are obviously the most knowledgeable sources. *rolls eyes*

Meanwhile, if Professor Bainbridge has actually read the full post in question, instead of merely the first three lines, he would have noted that an actual scientific study of SSRN found that Cornell, Northwestern and Virginia are the most overrated.

AS: (1) I did read the whole post. (2) There’s a big debate about whether SSRN rankings tell us anything useful (although as someone who generally does well - and whose school also does well - when SSRN rankings are used, obviously I think SSRN rankings are the best thing since sliced bread). (3) Letting readers decide for themselves is why I kindly provided a link.

Sensational journalism at its finest.  A pre-law poll of 259 self-selected students, Bainbridge?  That is what gets page 1 coverage?
