I’m about to go teach Moren v. Jax Restaurant in Business Associations. I found two interesting resources that others who teach the case may want to explore. First, a website that has a cartoon about the case (with a hefty price for using it). Second, the website of the plaintiffs’ law firm, with details about the case, pictures of the deadly pizza machine, and information about the verdict and settlement.
