Kudos to Bank
Congratulations to my friend and colleague UCLA Vice Dean Steven Bank, who ranks 12th among tax law professors in all time SSRN downloads, according to Paul Caron. Also, kudos to my friend and former colleague Vic Fleisher who ranks second all time and first for downloads over the last 12 months. We miss Vic in mroe ways than one.
