Drafting a LLC Operating Agreement
David Hoffman offers a real world example of drafting a LLC operating agreement in a blog post describing how the Concurring Opinions group blog organized as a LLC. He discusses the problems they had to resolve re governance, profit sharing, exit, and so on. It would make a nice real world example for students studying LLCs and partnerships.
