Delaware Bashing

A Frank Pasquale post charges “Delaware with persistent disregard for other states’ interests,” citing the recent Supreme Court cases that will allow Delaware to block a planned New Jersey gas processing plant (although Pasquale concedes he may come down on Delaware’s side on that one), highway tolls, and, of course, the so-called race to the bottom. How many times do we have to say this? It’s a race to the top (more or less)!
